And we’re going to be checking out where they’re gorgeous.

To be the. Walsh floor plan. So we’re looking at a four-bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom. Right over you. One second, guys.
You’re looking at right around 2300 square feet and up.
And we’re going to be taking a peek at this gorgeous model home.

Anyways, guys, come so.
You’re looking at more or less in the mid-three hundreds for this exact model home floor plan.
They have homes starting in the low three hundred.

But anyway, this is a beautiful open concept. Standard home, nothing too crazy going on.
I start her home. You know, very lovely. Now the good thing about this location, Langdon.
So you’re right off of 281.
You know you can go to different shopping centers, dining literally like maybe 10 minutes away.
Plus, the school districts. Great out here. Top rated. I believe it’s Johnson I.S.D. And overall, the location sells itself. I mean, stone oak is a great place to live. Here in San Antonio, it’s probably one of the more desired areas.
We have many clients looking into stone oak or even the northwest like around Lackland.
But Stone Oak is probably one of the top contenders. The only downside is that the highways they’re still fixing up 281.
So they still got some construction going on, but that’s the only downside.
But other than that. You know it’s a great location. Great neighborhood. Very quiet.
Yeah, something to look. Once again, Dr. Horton, at Langdon.
They have homes starting low, three hundred.

MODEL HOUSE As I said, we’ll be close to the mid-three hundreds. So they do have some inventory homes ready. To move in. So in case, you guys are looking.
You know, easy to rock and roll. And take advantage. Check out this community. Very spacious. You know and people you know. People are like, you know. There are not too many. Homes in the.
And there is in San Antonio. The only thing is for something or the 200; you’re probably not going to find it here in stone oak.
You’re probably going to. Have to. Look in the southwest area of San Antonio, so this location plays. A big role. So if you’re looking for something more price affordable, then you might have to be in the more outskirts area.
But the good thing is that this community still has a lot of homes. I think they have 5. One hundred lots available, so they. Have a lot of homes coming up here. But check out the beautiful garden tub. I’m sorry little.

OK, and then I got a question from somebody I was asking, hey, do you think the prices are still going to go up well right now? The market leveled out. Here in San Antonio, prices aren’t going up anymore, which is good news. So it gives you guys more options, more time to look during the winter or the winter months.
It gets prolonged, so most builders offer more incentives, closing costs.
Uhm, design credit, so it might just be a good time to look around.

Home, do you know? As far as pricing, you think it’s a reasonable pricing, mid-three hundreds for her house like this.
And that I believe that actually. That comes with your laden. Everything included because most of the. Time these builders.
Like Dr. Horton and L.G. and they tend to do just inventory homes. From what I’ve seen. Inventory, so let me show you. You know, whenever people ask, So what is the starting price, mean?
Or usually, they give us this to advertise so they’ll provide us with starting prices. You know what’s available. You know, they don’t have this exact model home ready for move-in starting from the three little three hundred going up from there now. He said they would be getting in about two weeks, but he told the sales counselor they’d have it right around the mid 300.
It’s more or less so. Just a heads up. OK, tiny walking closet. Alright guys, well, there you have. It kept this video pretty short, sweet, simply straight to the point.
