The Villages Model Home Open House Tour It’s almost like a Jacuzzi. Oh, I have some friends over. You could have your bracket right there. You see, I could have a beautiful breakfast right there. I don’t know. 

I think I might even like the view from the other. 

Another home is better because it’s less obstructed there. You’ve got beautiful trees, and I don’t know if you can see all the little lizards. That’s something that I haven’t seen a lot of out West is the lizard problem here has just gotten out of control, you see. 

Everywhere you look now, I guess you could. If you like lizards, you could probably throw some lizards on the Barbie. You know we have some. Some results and prawns, you know. 

Very very nice. 

My opinion and the gardenia both are always our top sellers. Graffigna iris. Always the classics. When I only want the. 

Lantana, because it was. Look at it there. 

Very nice. Had a tiny master back. Now this one got a tile floor. Then I think it might have been the laminate floor. Over there.

What is the difference in cost? Why is that home 150,000 less than this one? This one has a bit more. 

You’ve got a 3 foot stretch on both sides in the front, and your one eye is more significant. 

The much bigger loan I. And I also think that the view.  

It’s more obstructed. The other ones open, whereas in this one you’ve got the trees. Yeah, you’ve got a view, yeah? 

But you. 

OK, and this one got more lizards I’ve seen. I’ve seen more lizards, you know, around this property than I saw on. You don’t. I wouldn’t say I like those things. 

The other, you know, but look at the bathroom here. 

I don’t know, you know, pretty. 

Pretty quite honest with you, might. I haven’t finished walking through, but. So far, I kind of like the other property a little bit better. 

And that’s my goal in life is to never. Have to clean shower door so. Yeah, so so you wouldn’t have to wouldn’t have the. Close clean the shower door. And the other added his and hers closets, and this and this as a. 

That’s right, the. Another one did have and closet, and this one just got one giant claw. Very friendly, now let’s go. 

Please look at the other bedrooms now instead of what I was saying when I was looking at homes out West. All the houses out West would have fireplaces in homes. 

Down here, you know the fireplace just doesn’t necessarily. 

Confirm with the. With the environment, now look at that propeller. I know people have him here. 

You see, they took a propeller. You know, for the ceiling fan, interestingly enough. We’ll look at the C list. 

You’re saying that the decor. It very lovely here.

The home that I would like. Very nice. And this was my biggest drawback. 

It would just be that the glass doors tactically. Yeah, no, that’s wonderful. 

2678 this is the second home here on the Saturday Open House tour in the villages, and this home looks nice now. 

I can’t give you the price of this home. 

And I wish I could give you a price on this, but this is one of those types of homes where you know they’ve tricked it out with all the bells and all the whistles. The beautifully designed, you know the I don’t know what they call that on the driveways when they come in and paint. 

I wish I could give you a price. 

They’ll trick these. 

Homes out, and in doing so, then you know the price is significantly higher than what you might expect that you might expect.

So for 866, this could all be yours. For years I mean. The large Like it’s adorable. I like that they have gas. So this is—the entire door. 

It’s our designer homes lost, so the other models we have our work with those. Very very nice. Unless it would be the, I think this. They would be the master. Right here. Yeah, nice, this is nice. It is a lovely home.

Walk-in shower. Somewhere in the showerhead, whoops, right there? I am going to be able to walk straight into it. A home like this? 

You know, I mean that is. It’s what I would like, here’s the. Where’s the bathroom for the washroom, I should say. 

Come up here. Take a look at the garage. Yeah, should garage. 

Very nice. 

It wouldn’t surprise me if. Sue Smith likes this home also. I do, you know, I do. You want this home soon. What do you like about this one? Well, I like the decoration. I like the colors. 

I like the layout accurate the home has a certain amount of elegance to it. 

You know I I want a home that has a certain amount of elegance, a certain amount of grandeur. 

Uh, yet still retains a certain level of coziness, right? 

Right, yeah? So it’s very, very nice. Yeah, the crown molding. The office is so Nice. 

It’s good also. And look at the outside. I’ll put this. Very very nice.

If I bought a place like this in the village of Skip Smith would probably be over here all the time. 

You know, we’d probably be coming over saying what’s going on today?

The round room that you’re lucky, Christmas, you know. Huh, yeah. Is not there, say correctly. People back into the kitchen. So yeah, the model.
