In this mansion tour, we take you along the British property’s golden mile in West Vancouver to this spectacular modern home with the unobstructed city, mountain, and ocean represented by Balian and Associates. This impressive house features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and over 9000 square feet of living space on a 19,000 square foot.
As you enter through the private gate, this mansion welcomes you with a herringbone pattern stone driveway. We begin this tour through the solid wood door into the foyer. Off the entryway is a conveniently placed mudroom with a built-in closet. To the right is the pattern between lust designer wallpaper and a unique hammer designed. Further down the curved hallway is an entrance to the pool, along with a spacious home office. This light Field Office features warm wood-paneled walls, pool views, and a bright bathroom surrounded in the market, leaving the office no question the centerpiece of this entrance is this custom spiral wood staircase. I mean, if you come closer, you have lights that are suspended from the ceiling to the basement, which we’ll show you later.
I like that it is pretty sweet and sweet in this open concept living space.
Alright, so now we’re standing in the formal living room where you have this vast book-matched fireplace. I mean, check out the size of that. I do love the green detail on that. Yeah, there are lovely greens in there. Speaking of grains, these marble slabs here are so big that it takes about four people to move them into place unless you’re Superman.
Then to my leftover, there you’ve got yourself the wine bar then the formal dining room and this formal dining room has access to the balcony. Another book-matched fireplace also separates it, and that was see-through. This one is see-through, and it leads you to the kitchen so let’s go and check that out. This open-concept European design kitchen features four unique contemporary pendant lights above the island and high-end Mila appliances. This home is equipped with control for an intelligent home automation system that operates the surveillance cameras surround sound climate control, and more. Oh yes, I think I had a girlfriend named crystal. Oh, let’s not talk about her. Let’s not, anyways, from there, check out these high gloss veneer cabinets, so they’re European style, so they’re very sleek. One cool drawer that I found is this one right here. Check this out. I mean, look how big that is for your utensils actually like that perfect for a big family. I love that soft clothes. Oh, I love those. Yeah. And then you have this family room, the perfect place to watch TV while mom’s cooking the past the sauce. Ah, there you custom built-in entertainment unit with that marble detail in the back and lights, I mean, come on.
Now we’re going to show you what’s behind the kitchen, which is a perfect spot to prep food and what they call a walking kitchen. So you’ve got yourself a sink and a lovely window above it. They also have a natural gas stove cooktop with a pot filler. I mean, I love those things. And then to my right, you got the fridge and freezer and then an oven and a microwave. So this is a big kitchen. It’s kind of like a condo, kitchen. Yeah, it’s got everything you need. Now over here, you’ve got a perfect spot to hang your coats, which is adjacent right to your three-car garage door.

And then we’ve got all this storage here which leads you to the secret door and doesn’t look like a secret door, not from this side. But from this side. It does. Now we’re back at the main entrance where you have elevator access to the second level, but I think we got to take this beautiful spiral staircase. Let’s go and check out upstairs.
The warm features of the home continue at the top of the stairs with the wood-paneled walls and illuminated custom crown molding. The top floor has four bedrooms, two of which are masters. Let’s check out the first one to my right behind these double doors.
So through the double doors, you’ve got this lovely size master bedroom got beautiful pendants hanging on each side of the bed. But I think the feature that I love the most about this bedroom, no question is the view. So you’ve got beautiful downtown views of Vancouver. Over in this corner, you’ve got yourself patio access with views of the pool. And then in this bathroom, check out all the marble, so it’s super clean in here. You’ve got this vast soaker tub looks like it’s reached jets in there as well, as then you got his and her sinks, beautiful pendants above.
And I mean, check out the shower and the tile detail on the ceiling.
So in here, you’ve got yourself, the old toilets, and this is your walk-in closet. It’s all lit up and now has two little windows above. So now, let’s go and check out the laundry room here on the second level. And that’s over here past the stairs. Oh man, these stairs are beautiful. So past the stairs, you’ve got yourself a conveniently located washer and dryer. So you got LG appliances. Nice countertop, a sink, and even two windows above from here and pass the elevator. Through double doors again, you’ve got a giant master’s here. I think this might be bigger than the first one. It’s hard to tell they’re both fantastic. They’re both pretty big. Yeah. Tomorrow you’ve got this beautiful built-in TV unit above the fireplace, all wrapped in marble. I mean, that is pretty clean. Then in here and to my left, you’ve got the walk-in closet. I mean, it’s a pretty lovely toilet. But I mean, did you check out the shower. So like what you could do is you could enter through this door. It’s like a carwash. Now, this is a place to entertain. Alright, so past the beautiful stairs here in the basement, you’ve got this unbelievable movie theater. Now it’s got this sound dampening wall that’s white. Now usually, you see dark in these rooms, but I liked the way it looks. And then, of course, beautiful, let’s carpet. And I mean plenty of room for all your family, then outside of the theater, and to the right, check out this wine room. So you got the suspension Rack system to display all your favorite wines, as well remember that crystal countertop we’re talking about upstairs, I remember that. So these are little pieces of the same thing that are lit up plenty of storage below. And I mean a perfect place to have a drink. And then, when you want to make a drink, you do it right here at the bar.

It does have a fridge, pretty much anything you need to pour some drinks. So adjacent to the bar, you got yourself a pool table to entertain your guests also access to the patio out there. And then right behind me, your very own home gym. So Jason, to the theater, you’ve got an additional living space here, which is perfect. Watch the game with your friends, that beautiful fireplace.
The TV above the marble again, and in this corner. That’s right, another bathroom. So now and sleep, you got this beautiful floating vanity with the lights below—a lovely modern sink. And then check out these tiles. These tiles had this wavy look to them looks like water just flowing down. Yeah, it seems like water is coming down. And then on this site, you have a toilet, and over here, Believe it or not, you have a urinal. And then so now this is another little space that’s not just a bedroom. It’s pretty much a whole suite. Perfect for out-of-town guests or a nanny. This suite features a mini kitchen, a cozy seating area, a walk-in closet, and a full-on-suite bathroom surrounded in mind.
when you think the entertainment ends, it only gets better, which is right outside.
You exit the basement, you’ve got this nice cozy seating area to my left lush greenery on the right. Then straight in front of me here, you’ve got your very own hot tub, So not only can you entertain in here, but you can also entertain on your very own putting green .while it’s nice to have a hot tub and a putting green, you know we had to save the best for last, and that’s the pool. So the large pool has this huge sun shelf. It’s about 1/3 of the collection. It’s a perfect spot to get your tan on, and when it gets chilly, you can hop right over there in the hot tub at that end. Not only that, you’ve got two giant fireballs right beside your pool, yeah and I love these palm trees in the sitting area over here yeah so you got some nice seating over there, and then right below me is where you play a game of chess, so I think you guys got to go.
