They got to go and do some stuff, and we’re going to check out this tour. Alright, guys, so welcome inside. We’re standing here in the grand front entrance. We’ve got a lot of natural light, and natural light is coming from above. Let’s head over here to the sleek contemporary kitchen.
No question, the highlight of this kitchen is these rosewood cabinets. So these are typically found on yachts. He just said a boat. Yeah, I mean, why the water is like, you know, so they’re sleek, contemporary, and costly. And they compliment that white marble backsplash. Yes, you got a lovely marble backsplash. And of course, this place is outfitted with all Gaghan’s old appliances made in Germany. They didn’t. They didn’t even cheap out on this island.
You got waterfall ages, and it’s massive—so perfect place to have a glass of wine and taking in those ocean views. To my left, you’ve got the walk kitchen, which features all gagging, old appliances in here, and has the entrance to the vast car garage. From the kitchen, you’ve got this cozy family room with waterfront views again, and of course, another skylight above so much natural light in there, lots of natural light, but one detail that you got to see is right here on this floor. Then over here you have this large dining room. So this is the formal dining room seating for eight. Yeah, I like that. It’s all lit up, and you can see through to the elevator it holds about 45 bottles.

This level features all the bedrooms of the home. Let’s start in this corner in the first bedroom.
Other than the master suite, this is the biggest one. I mean, it even has a Japanese tub. So this is a little bit different than ours. You can sit in this and soak in the views. And then, of course, you’ve got the shower here and everything you needed to master suite, fireplace, and even your patio. Now let’s head further down the hallway to check out two additional bedrooms. These two spacious bedrooms feature Suite bathrooms and patio access with oceanfront themes.

Entering the master suite, you have the master closet with that rosewood again and LED lighting. Yeah, like the fact that they put a window here to let some natural light as well. Also, natural light in the closet. And around the corner, you have the master bath. For the master bath, you have this large shower here with the rain head above, a nice one to spray down the back. All marble even surrounds it. So you’ve got black marble on the floors, but in this corner over the tub, you also have white marble. And one neat detail in this bathroom is you have a window here that looks past your bed to get waterfront views from your cabin. And then to my right, we’ve got double vanity.
Around the corner, you’ve got the master bedroom. Now the best part of this spot, no question, is your view. So you got million-dollar pictures right from your bed—also patio access. If you want to sip on one glass of wine, there’s open up the blinds, wake up and hop onto the desk. That’s right, you open that up and get that excellent breathing. And you have a fireplace as well and a morning barn. But I think it’s time we had down one more level; check out the basement.
So the basement is the place to entertain when you have a custom bar like this.
Check that out again with that beautiful rosewood and everything you need to prep your favorite drink Alec that carries on to the ceiling. Yeah, very sleek. It feels like you’re on a yacht.
